Getting hold of your emotions ain't easy - some will drag you amok if you try a head on approach. If you are a little strategic, however, perhaps some of them might balance each other out?

TIPS aka SPOILERS 

1. When feeling too heavy to control - it's wiser to release currently held sprites and try capturing them in another order.
